About
Our Story
The Method was born from years of exploring countless Pilates and Yoga studios, always searching, but never quite finding what felt complete. I often left classes feeling like something was missing. The inconsistency in approach and lack of structure across different studios left me wanting more.
That’s when my journey led me back to the roots, the original foundations of Pilates and Yoga. I discovered the transformative power of Classical Pilates and Ashtanga Yoga, two disciplines built on structure, intention and flow. Each class left me feeling aligned, grounded and energized, physically stronger and mentally clearer.
The Method is a space created to honour these practices in their truest forms. Here, we stay authentic to the traditions of Classical Pilates and Ashtanga Yoga, offering a disciplined, thoughtfully structured experience that helps you connect deeply with your body and mind.
Alongside movement, The Method also offers holistic health coaching, something deeply personal to me. After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, I was left feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to navigate life with a chronic condition. It wasn’t until I connected with other health coaches living with type 1 diabetes that I began to understand what true support looks like. They helped me make sense of my diagnosis, build a new way of living, and ultimately become the healthiest version of myself. That experience led me to become a certified health coach myself, so I could do the same for others.
