What is Health Coaching?

At The Method, health coaching is a one to one journey designed to support you holistically in achieving your personal health goals. Whether you’re aiming for better sleep, a stronger immune system, weight loss, or managing a chronic condition like diabetes, health coaching provides a safe, supportive space to create sustainable, long-term change.

Our approach is rooted in the four essential pillars of health: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and mental well-being. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle, meets you where you are and helps you grow step by step.

What Can I expect?

Health Coaching Is for You If You:

  • Want to live a healthier lifestyle, but don’t know where to start.
  • Are managing a chronic condition and need support navigating life with it.
  • Are Newly diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and need support managing your life around it.
  • Feel overwhelmed by your health and need guidance understanding it.
  • Are you ready to feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What Health Coaching Is Not:

  • It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
  • It does not prescribe medications or offer allopathic treatment plans.
  • It is not a substitute for medical advice or care from a licensed physician.
  • It does not cure diseases, but it can help you live well with them.

How can I get started?

  1. Initial Consultation (30 mins)
    A health assessment is conducted to understand your current lifestyle, challenges, and goals.
  2. Coaching Sessions (4 sessions, 45 mins each)
    Held weekly, these sessions guide you through a personalized plan with small, achievable steps. Education and resources are also provided to help you better understand any health conditions you’re managing.
  3. Follow-Up Sessions (2 sessions, 30 mins each)
    Held once a month to support long-term success. These check-ins track your progress, celebrate your wins, and refine your plan to ensure your goals are sustainable.
