Yoga Studio Etiquette

  • A Mindful Entrance
When entering the studio for your yoga practice, please open and close the door quietly. Leave the noise of the outside world behind as you step into our sanctuary of calm.
  • Punctuality as a Priority
To respect the flow of LED classes, please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the start of class. Out of respect for the teacher and other students, you will not be permitted into the yoga room if you are more than 5 minutes late.
  • Digital Detox
The studio is a mobile-free zone to ensure a focused yoga experience. Mobiles are permitted only as silent timers during Mysore sessions and should be kept completely silent. We kindly ask you to wait until you have left the room before checking messages.
  • Personal Hygiene & Fragrance
As yoga involves deep breathing and close proximity, please shower before your practice. We also ask that you limit the use of heavy fragrances or perfumes to keep the air fresh and neutral for everyone.
