  • A Mindful Entrance When entering the studio, please open and close the door quietly, leaving the noise of the outside world behind as you enter our sanctuary.

  • Digital Detox The studio is a mobile-free zone. Mobiles are permitted only as timers and should be kept silent. Wait until you leave the room before checking messages.
